We’re an authentic connection if you agree with the following…

  • While I may be an expert in my field, YOU are the expert of your life. My role is to gently yet honestly guide you to listen to your body’s innate wisdom.
  • Cultural, historical, and systemic awareness and genuine liberatory actions must be included in our leadership skills and healing practices. 
  • Choice, consent, equity, truth, and transparency are foundational to healthy relationships. 
  • It’s harmful to steamroll over people’s traumatic experiences with spiritual bypassing, gratitude, positive thinking, or silver linings. We don’t have to find meaning in everything in order to heal.
  • Trauma survivors did not choose their traumatic experiences (through spiritual or energetic means) nor did they attract trauma into their lives.
  • Taking a trauma-conscious, holistic approach to support the mind, body, spirit, and relationships is imperative in the healing journey.

The Speaking & Consulting services Process

I would love to support you for your speaking engagements, guest lecturing, education and training opportunities. Your audience will discover culturally relevant and embodied approaches on how to honestly and compassionately create a flow of shared power, mutual emotional support, and love at home, at work, and in our communities. Oppressive societal ideas impact our institutions, our relationships, and our internal beliefs all at the same time. Therefore, I focus on the reality of the intersection of our lives, careers, and relationships. I use storytelling, humor, and research to share practical and timeless solutions that bring confidence, clarity, and peace to professional and personal relationships.

This valuable service is available to Universities that are ready to provide a comprehensive sexual health program to students who crave learning how to form healthy relationships. It includes a self-paced online course and podcast, complete with fun interactive exercises, thoughtful journaling prompts, and courageous conversation starters. Implementing this program will decrease incidents of sexual assault, stalking, and domestic violence on campus. No scare tactics. No shame. All empowerment. The Truth About Sex & Relationships Sexual Health High School Program

Yep, teenagers have romantic and sexual feelings that are important to them, too. And when they understand themselves and the truth about what it takes to be in a healthy, emotionally supportive relationship now, they’ll know how to have fulfilling relationships throughout their lives. This age-appropriate, comprehensive program, complete with fun interactive exercises, thoughtful journaling prompts, and courageous conversation starters, will be provided to the high school’s health program teachers so they can teach students in their own style. No scare tactics. No shame. All truth. All pleasure (because the key to safer sex education is understanding pleasure, and not just sexual pleasure). Intimacy Counseling for Women

My specialized intimacy counseling services are designed for women (and their partners) who want to overcome sexual issues, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim confidence in intimacy. We will holistically (emotional, physical, spiritual, cultural) address challenges such as low libido, pain during intimacy, or difficulty reaching orgasm, and much more. Get priority notifications when spots become available. Space will be limited. My practice model is designed to be sustainable, which means I limit the number of clients I see to protect my own emotional energy and to provide the highest quality of care.

My core competencies include using the For Love Only® Practice, Embodied Flow Relationship theory, and Mother Earth’s elemental energy practices for individual and group work (counseling and consulting), program development, education, training, and research.
